Additionally, lack of proper skincare, hormonal changes such as excessive stress, or hormonal imbalances before or after periods can cause acne, which is difficult and time-consuming to get rid of. If not properly taken care of during this time, acne can become chronic and cause dark, permanent scars on the skin.

We all want our skin to be clean, healthy, and spotless. However, some of us do not achieve this due to bad habits and quirks. Therefore, it is important to know both what we should do in case of acne and what we should avoid.

1.Drink a sufficient amount of water, i.e., 8-10 glasses of water every day.

2.Try to keep your face as clean and fresh as possible, and wash your face with a face wash when you come inside from outside.

3.If you have acne, never pop or squeeze it while it matures.

4.Eat plenty of fresh fruits during this time.

Natural home packs made from various fruits and herbal ingredients help solve acne problems. In all cases, we should find natural solutions that do not have any harmful effects on our bodies. Now, let’s look at some home remedies for quick acne treatment.

Apple Cider Vinegar + Purified Water

Apple cider vinegar has anti-inflammatory, anti-glycemic, antiseptic, and probiotic properties that are very beneficial for the body. It can control blood sugar, triglycerides, and cholesterol. This remedy prevents acne by regulating the pH level and destroying bacteria. Apply a mixture of apple cider vinegar and purified water in a 1:3 ratio, and gently rub it on the face.

Note: This remedy should be used at night before going to sleep.

Aloe Vera + Turmeric Pack

Aloe vera is rich in enzymes, polysaccharides, and nutrients, which act as antibacterial and antifungal agents. It’s naturally removes toxins from the skin and nourishes, softens, and moisturizes it. Turmeric contains anti-inflammatory properties that are good for the skin. You can mix 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, honey, milk, and 5 drops of rose water. This mixture can be combined with aloe vera gel and applied to the affected skin.

Note: The remedy will give good results if you use it at night before going to sleep and wash it off with water after waking up in the morning.

Yogurt + Raw Honey

Yogurt has many benefits. It aids in quick weight loss and provides the proper amount of nutrients to our body. Honey, on the other hand, is highly valued for its medicinal properties and is considered a remedy for almost all diseases except death. Mix yogurt and raw honey in equal teaspoon quantities (1:1). Apply this mixture on the face.

Note: This remedy should be used in the morning. Wait 30-40 minutes after applying it, then wash with warm water.

Cucumber

Cucumber is unmatched for skin care. It contains vitamins A, D, and E, all of which are extremely beneficial for the skin. Cucumber can be blended into a paste and applied on the face.

Note: After 20 minutes wash your face with cold water.

Lemon Juice + Cinnamon Powder

You can apply lemon juice on a cotton ball, or mix lemon juice with cinnamon powder in a 3:1 tablespoon ratio and apply it on acne.

Note: You can apply the remedy on the acne before going to bed at night. In the morning, wash your face with lukewarm water.

Strawberries + Raw Honey

Strawberries contain salicylic acid, which is very good for the skin. You can make a pack with strawberries and raw honey in a 2:1 ratio. Gently massage the remedy onto the face.

Note: After 30-40 minutes of using the remedy, wash your face with lukewarm water.

Garlic

Garlic is a potent enemy of acne and is easy to use. Cut 1-2 cloves of garlic into halves, then apply the juice on the acne spots.

Note: After 10-15 minutes wash your face with cold water 

Toothpaste

Toothpaste can be used like a face pack. It can play an effective role in removing excess oil from the face. As a result, people who have acne on their face due to oily skin can benefit from using toothpaste.
